Last weekend Erica was lucky enough to visit Crystal castle and Shambhala gardens in Mullumbimby NSW #crystalcastlebyronbay. Here she learnt about the healing properties associated with crystal sound healing. This method is designed to induce relaxation and peace, healing and self-reflection. You may not be able to visit in person but Spotify offer many options for you to hear gentle crystal bowl sounds or singing bowl healing which incorporates binaural beats, also another method to assist with good mental health. Spotify have many meditation playlists available, including relaxation mixes. It is important to take some time just for yourself in the midst of a busy week and just relax. Listen to the music and reflect. We encourage you to take a walk, sit in nature and switch off. Do something you love and brings you joy.
Us busy mum’s and dads know that is always not possible, but we can suggest waking up 15 minutes or 30 minutes before the children do and have that moment for yourself or after they are in bed. Breath deeply then take that mental attitude into your day or drift off into a peaceful sleep. Try it for a week see if there is a difference. There is nothing to loose and maybe something to gain.
